Surprise another pink one! :) 
This is a more soft Victorian/Shabby Chic Ornament.
Supplies:
Fabric; Satin, Flat Lace, & felt
Silver Cynthialoowho's Blingy Looking Mesh
Hot Glue
Bead Caps
Beads
Ribbon
White Glue

Tools:
Bone Folder
Flat Head Screwdriver
Glue Gun
